Use of the website
The website presents DEVEL's services and its products, Tradegun and Turnera. Using it is free and requires no registration. We ask you to use it in good faith and not to try to damage it or access parts that are not public.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, logos, design and code of this website and its products belong to DEVEL or are used with their owners' permission. They may not be copied, distributed or transformed without written authorisation, except as permitted by law.
Liability
We take care that the information is correct and up to date, but it is for guidance only: what binds the parties is the contract we sign with you. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from here.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless the law provides for another jurisdiction, the courts of Valencia shall have jurisdiction.

Who processes your data
DEVEL, with the details shown in the legal notice. For any question about your data, write to us at hola@devel.es.
What data and what for
Only what you type into the contact and demo forms: your name, your email, your message and, if you have one, a referral code. We use them to reply to you, prepare the demo you ask for and apply the referral code. We do not use them for advertising or newsletters, and we make no automated decisions with them.
Please do not include health data or details of your patients in the message: we don't need them to reply.
Why we may process them
Because you send them so that we reply or give you a demo, that is, to take pre-contractual steps at your request (article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). The anti-bot check on the forms is based on our legitimate interest in protecting them from spam (article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep them
For as long as the conversation lasts. If you don't become a customer, we delete them at most one year after the last contact. If you do, they are then governed by the contract.
Who else sees them
We don't pass them on to anyone. To work, the website uses providers that process them on our behalf and only for that purpose: Vercel (hosting of the website and the form), Resend (sending the email the form generates), Cloudflare (anti-bot check) and Google (our email and the website's fonts).
Some of these providers are in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or take it elsewhere. Write to hola@devel.es from the address you used and we will reply within one month. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Data that centres store in Turnera
Client and patient data that a centre stores in Turnera is not governed by this policy. The centre is the controller, and DEVEL processes it on the centre's behalf under the data processing agreement we sign with each one. If you are a patient or client of a centre, contact the centre to exercise your rights.
