Software for clinics
for beauty, physiotherapy and podiatry.

The diary by professional and by treatment room, the patient record with their clinical history and payment, in the same application. For beauty, physiotherapy, podiatry, dental and veterinary practices, with one user per person and a log of who opens each record.

What's included

What a clinic uses every day.

Diary by professional and by room

The day in columns, one per professional or per room, and each professional’s week. It warns you if an appointment clashes with another for the same professional or the same room, and recurring appointments are booked in one go.

Clinical records

Medical history, open cases and the progress of each session, with pain from 0 to 10, up to three photos per progress note and the anatomical map to mark where it hurts. Each case prints to PDF.

Informed consent

Patients sign them on the front-desk iPad, in their own language, and they’re kept in their record with the rest of their signed documents.

Session packs and bundles

A pack of ten treatments counts down by itself as the patient comes in, and each patient’s record shows how many sessions they have left.

Payment, invoices and VeriFactu

A ticket with services and products, outstanding payments that don’t get lost, the till close and invoices issued the way VeriFactu requires.

Equipment

How many units there are of each device and which services need it, so the diary never books more appointments at once than there are devices, and what’s noted at each session: the laser’s joules, the power, the handpiece.

Online appointment booking

Your centre has its own booking portal: your patients see free slots, book and cancel by signing in with their email, no passwords, and you set the rules.

Health data, protected

Viewing the clinical history is a separate permission that reception doesn’t have by default, and who opens each record, and when, is logged. The servers are in the European Union.

Your team, too

Clocking in with a PIN, the rota and the work calendar for your staff, in the same application and with the same user.

Screens

This is the application, unretouched.

Screenshots of a real installation with demonstration data. No sketches, no mockups.

Turnera home screen showing the day's till, today's appointments and outstanding payments
Home. What you need to know when you open it: the day's till, the appointments left, what's owed and the stock running out.
A day's diary split into columns by practitioner, with the state of each appointment in colour
Diary. The day in columns, one per practitioner or per room. The colour tells you the state of each appointment without opening it.
The point of sale with a receipt for two services, a discount, a payment method and the change
Point of sale. The receipt for the client standing at the desk, with their session packs in view and the change worked out.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before deciding.

Data, privacy and legal obligations

Can the person on reception see clinical records?

No, unless you expressly allow it. Turnera distinguishes four profiles — management, reception, practitioner and read-only — and the reception one doesn't include clinical data out of the box. You can grant it if it makes sense in your centre, but as your decision and not through carelessness on our part.

Can I find out who opened a patient's file?

Yes. Who opens each file, and when, is recorded, and the centre's management can look it up. It's your obligation as the controller of that data, so we'd rather hand it to you done.

Where is it hosted?

On servers inside the European Union. With clinical records inside, that isn't a technical preference: it's what saves you an awkward conversation if someone ever asks.

Do we sign anything about data protection?

Yes, and it's mandatory for both of us: a data processing agreement. You are the controller of your patients' data and we process it on your behalf. We give it to you signed when you start, together with what you need for your record of processing activities.

Are you compliant with VeriFactu?

Yes. Turnera issues invoices as VeriFactu requires: every sale comes with its number, its QR code and its chained record, and none can be deleted or modified: corrections are made with a corrective invoice, as the rules demand. Automatic sending to the Spanish tax agency is switched on for each centre once it authorises us. Under the current timetable, companies are obliged from 1 January 2027 and self-employed professionals from 1 July 2027.

Price and billing

How much does it cost?

€39 a month with two resources included. Each extra resource costs a little less than the one before, and with ten you pay €90. From there, €5 for each extra resource up to twenty. Above twenty, let's talk. Prices exclude VAT, and if you pay the year in advance we give you two months free. Work out yours under Pricing.

What counts as a resource?

Every slot in your diary that can be occupied at the same time. If your centre can see three people at once, that's three resources.

  • Two rooms worked in parallel are two resources. If two practitioners take turns in the same room and never overlap, it's one.
  • Four bays with four physios at once are four, even if there are six people on the payroll.
  • Six bookable courts are six. Coaches and whoever is on reception don't count.

Bringing my data from another program

I'm on another program. Can you bring over what I have?

Yes, and it's the first thing we do. We bring over clients, services and prices, products, practitioners, session packs and pending sessions, appointments, completed visits and clinical history. Excel or CSV sheets are enough, which is what every program in the sector knows how to export.

Do I have to close the centre on switchover day?

No. We bring your data over a couple of weeks beforehand, and on switchover day we bring only what has happened in between. You keep working in your program until the last day.

Demo

We'll show you and you tell us.

Tell us what kind of centre you have and what you're fighting with right now. We'll show you Turnera running with real data and we'll talk about whether it suits you. It's read by someone who knows the program from the inside, not by a salesperson.

Turnera is also for training centres and clubs, academies and staff time tracking.
